What is my membership User Name and Password to the Online Learning Center?
Your user name and password is given to you on the confirmation page that we ask you to print after you order and it is also sent in an email at the email address you gave us at the time of your order. We have found that if you did not get the email then it generally goes into a bulk mail or spam folder controlled by your email provider. Generally we use your email address as your user name and your zip code as your password.
Why is there a recurring charge from you on my credit card statement?
Many of our programs offer a 14 day trial membership to an Online Learning Center which is a valuable and in depth online service. These Online Learning Centers are updated continually and bring you the most up to date information available on the subject you are interested in. As explained on the websites that you signed up on, if you do not cancel your membership within the 14 day free trial then you will be billed for continual access to the site. We try to ensure that our customers are very aware of this charge at the time they sign up for one of our products. It is usually stated on the main page of the site, the credit card page, the confirmation page that we ask you to print after ordering, in the terms of service pages, and we also send you an email immediately after you order. What if I believe there has been someone using my information to fraudulently order your product?
We are committed ensuring that anyone who orders our product does so legitimately. While we cannot stop all fraudulent activity, we take many precautionary measures against fraud through credit card address verification and the collection of the visitors IP address. If you believe that someone has ordered one of our products fraudulently with your credit card information, contact our customer service representatives through the contact customer service link. Make sure that we have the first four digits, last four digits, and credit card expiration date of the card that is being billed and your current name, phone number and email address. We will find and cancel the account and then contact you with information on how to receive a full refund if we determine that the account was used fraudulently.
